01 / Scope
Review dimensions, exclusions and design responsibility.
Match a China supplier to your building brief, compare quotations on one scope, and coordinate inspection and export documents before cargo release. Betco is an independent procurement service provider.
Discuss Your Project View Project CasesThe project engineer confirms design loads and local approval requirements before any supplier specification becomes an accepted design basis.

Review dimensions, exclusions and design responsibility.
Request material, welding and coating records.
Compare piece marks against the packing list.
Reconcile commercial and shipment documentation.
The following are illustrative enquiry scenarios, not completed customer projects. Country and quantity remain buyer-defined until a signed brief is available.
For a warehouse brief that specifies a 24 m clear span, measure between the intended clear faces and identify door and rack obstructions separately. A wider portal frame can keep aisles clear but may increase foundation reactions. An interior column can reduce span demand where the operating layout allows it.

A current drawing register and intended occupancy define the enquiry boundary, with unresolved items visible to each candidate supplier.
The buyer reviews priced inclusions, optional items, freight assumptions and proposed inspection stages before selecting a commercial route.
Shipment coordination follows the agreed inspection status and buyer instruction; unresolved deviations stay recorded rather than disappearing into a packing list.
Send the building location, clear span, eaves height, intended use and destination port. We will use that brief to structure a supplier comparison, with technical acceptance retained by your appointed project professionals.
