Design freeze
Status: buyer confirmation required. Record the approved revision, design load basis, foundation interface and responsibilities for any pending connection details.
A delivery programme becomes useful when each gate has a document, an owner and an unresolved-issue list. The dashboard below describes review stages, not historical performance statistics.

Status: buyer confirmation required. Record the approved revision, design load basis, foundation interface and responsibilities for any pending connection details.
Status: evidence requested per project. Reconcile material substitutions, inspection dates and the agreed manufacturing release before the supplier proceeds.
Status: package list to be reconciled. Check member marks, lifting restrictions, corrosion protection and maximum package dimensions against the proposed transport route.
Status: buyer release required. Open inspection deviations, commercial conditions and shipment documents must be visible when the buyer instructs dispatch.
Ask the supplier to list every revision affecting primary frames, bracing, secondary members and envelope details. A changed member mark must be reflected in the packing schedule and erection sequence. Documents are available only as agreed for the project, not through fabricated download links.
Request project document coordinationState piece count, length, gross mass, lifting points and handling restrictions. Compare containerized and breakbulk options against route limits, destination unloading and weather exposure. Freight cost alone does not describe the receiving-site consequences of the packing method.
Request project document coordinationThe buyer and engineer close the design inputs, including wind speed in m/s, snow load in kN/m² and steel grade. Unconfirmed values remain assumptions in the enquiry, never site performance claims.
Agree test location, sample selection, instrument calibration and acceptance criteria. Material traceability, bolt identification, weld inspection and coating thickness readings should reference the applicable drawing and agreed method.
Compare package dimensions with the proposed cargo route and receiving-site lifting plan. Shipment timing depends on supplier readiness, inspection status and freight availability; no universal on-time percentage is claimed.
The appointed installer checks foundations, access, temporary stability and lifting conditions. Bolted knock-down frames can improve packing density and permit member replacement, but require connection alignment and specified torque control. Welded frames can retain more assembly work at the supplier facility, while their shipping envelope can be larger; any site welding needs qualified procedures and suitable conditions. The selected system must match the project method statement.
Send the drawing revision, current supplier status and target port. Betco coordinates the evidence trail; the selected supplier and qualified project parties retain their manufacturing and compliance responsibilities.
