This contact form reaches Betco’s independent procurement coordination team in China. It does not connect to the original brand or to an authorized dealer. Please identify whether your enquiry concerns a new supplier search, a quotation comparison or inspection coordination for an existing candidate. We cannot confirm supplier capacity, product certification or project approval from a general contact message alone.

For a steel warehouse, include the clear span, eaves height, building length, bay spacing and intended occupancy. Attachments can be exchanged after a contact route is confirmed; avoid placing confidential drawings or personal identification into the initial free-text message. The buyer-approved drawing revision is the reference for any later supplier comparison.

What happens after the enquiry

Your project summary establishes the questions to send to candidate suppliers. Identify the destination country, port, quantity and expected schedule, and tell us which loads are confirmed by your engineer. If the design is preliminary, state that explicitly so supplier assumptions can be separated from accepted requirements.

Please also define the supply boundary: primary frame only, secondary steel, cladding, doors, insulation, installation guidance or a wider package. Freight, foundations, local permits and site works need their own named responsibilities. Inspection coordination depends on the selected supplier agreeing access, timing and the proposed review scope.

Before you shortlist a supplier, agree which capacity records, certificates and project approvals your team needs to review. A quotation is not an approval record, and an inspection report does not transfer engineering responsibility. Your purchasing team decides the commercial route after reviewing the outstanding questions.
